After sitting and clicking on a mouse in a cubical all day, I felt the need to capture my work experience as a user experience in the form of user experience.

After having fun with search and SEO I went back to doing another painting within UXUI City. This time I wanted to take a user journey straight down the avenue. Yes, this is still in progress! If someone buys it they have an opportunity for me to finish it with their own user journey.

UX Art

After doing UXUI City and after realizing I can also create art out of user experience as UX Art I wanted to see what that would look like coming up on google image search. So, I created the letters U and X as an art piece. Hence “UX Art”. Well, it worked! It was still 2013 and when searching for “UX Art” it was #1 on Google Search. More of a search SEO experiment than anything. But now it sits well on a wall as a reminder that the why not concept has it’s rewards.

UXUI City

The Original painted version of UXUI City – 2011. This is just how I see the world. I’ve been creating user experiences since I was a wee toddler.  Always admiring life from a different lens. When I look at something like a building I don’t see a building because that’s boring. I always see potential for something else.
